Our Pet Policy
To ensure all guests, human and canine alike, enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to review our pet policy before your visit. Please note:
- Our hotel allows dogs only (we love other pets too, but can only accommodate dogs at this time).
- Maximum of two dogs permitted per room.
- Dogs must remain on a leash in all common areas.
- A nightly pet fee of $25 per dog, plus applicable taxes, will be applied to your stay

Beacon Hill Park & Dallas Road Waterfront
Just minutes from the hotel, this iconic park-and-shoreline combo is a must-visit for dog lovers. Beacon Hill Park features a leash-optional zone on its southern edge near Dallas Road, while the Dallas Road Waterfront has an off-leash trail running between the bluff-top path and the seaside walkway. Dogs can enjoy ocean breezes, open fields, and a friendly community of local pups!
Fisherman’s Wharf Park & Clover Point

While Victoria offers many leash-free areas, some beaches and trails require dogs to remain leashed. Gonzales Beach allows dogs only outside of summer months, while Willows Beach in Oak Bay and Cadboro Bay Beach in Saanich welcome leashed dogs during off-season months. Along the Dallas Road waterfront, note that the upper trail is off-leash, but the beach below the seawall is an on-leash area.
For leisurely on-leash walks, explore the Galloping Goose and Lochside Regional Trails, both easily accessible from downtown. These multi-use paths are great for long scenic walks with your legged friend and they’re only a short drive or bike ride from our hotel.
