Join us above the city for an intimate evening celebrating Canadian whisky and the wilderness that inspires it.

On Friday, January 16th, Vista 18 partners with Bearface Whisky for a guided, four-course pairing dinner that showcases the acclaimed Bearface Wilderness Series. With a curated menu by Chef Mike Dunlop, this ticketed experience brings together elevated cuisine and distinct whisky expressions, each inspired by a different Canadian landscape.

The Experience
Throughout the evening, you will enjoy a progressive dining experience paired with Bearface’s Wilderness Series whiskies, moving from earthy and umami-driven flavours, to coastal minerality, and finally to the rarefied air of the mountains. Each course complements the unique character of its paired whisky by offering a seamless balance of flavour, texture, and storytelling.

A blend of wine, sherry and Matsutake casks resulting in a bold, smooth whisky with a unique umami finish.

WILDERNESS SERIES 02 – MITLENACH ISLAND WHISKY
Single-grain whisky Elementally Aged in select wine casks which is then proofed with distilled water collected from Mitlenach Island. This results in a bold, smooth whisky showcasing deep minerality and a salty-sweet finish.

WILDERNESS SERIES 03 – WILD AIR WHISKY
