Pool & Hot Tub
Nestled on our second floor, the indoor pool and hot tub provide a refreshing retreat for guests from morning to evening. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm, the space is filled with natural light streaming through overhead skylights, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that feels like an outdoor escape no matter the season. Start your day with an energizing swim, or unwind in our six-person hot tub after exploring the city. For your comfort and convenience, we provide fresh pool towels, full showers, and change rooms.
Fitness Room
Our second-floor fitness room makes it easy to keep your wellness routine on track while you’re away from home. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm, the space is equipped with everything you need for an energizing workout. You may choose from a treadmill, elliptical machine, recumbent stationary bicycle, and spin cycle, or make use of resistance bands, kettlebells, and a wide range of free weights (3 lbs to 40 lbs). For stretching, balance, and core work, two exercise balls are also available. With natural light and convenient access just steps from your room, it’s a welcoming space to recharge your body and mind during your stay.
Parking / EV Charging
There are 3 self-serve parking lots on site. We typically have spaces for everyone’s vehicle, and if you’re having trouble finding an open spot, please allow us to park your vehicle for you. A parking pass will be provided at check in to display on your dashboard.
FEES: Guests who book directly with us receive 50% off our overnight parking rates of $20 (that’s $10/nt per vehicle when booking direct).
Charging stations for Tesla and conventional electric vehicles are available in one of our four onsite parking areas (for registered guests only).
In Room Mobile Massage
Relax in the comfort of your hotel room. Compass Massage will come to you with their mobile Registered Massage Therapy, Relaxation Massage, and Acupuncture treatments.

Guest Laundry
A self-serve coin laundry can be found on the 3rd floor to freshen up during longer trips. Open for use 8am-8pm (last load at 6pm). Laundry detergent and coins for the machines can be obtained at our Front Desk.
Offsite dry-cleaning service is also available.
App Casting TV’s
Our 55” flat screen TV’s offer casting capabilities for your favourite streaming apps from your phone or tablet.
Downtown Shuttle
We offer complimentary shuttle service to restaurants, attractions and transportation terminals within downtown core, Victoria.
If travelling with young children, we do have a booster seat available, but due to liability restrictions, we are unable to offer a car seat.
Chateau LEGO
Spend a few minutes taking in all of intricate details of the LEGO replica of Chateau Victoria. Our long-standing Bellman, Glenn Waddingham, engineered this project over 18 months and poured an estimated 525 hours into photographing every corner of our building and constructing this masterpiece to painstaking accuracy.
