During the night, you will enjoy a progressive dinner, beginning with a welcome cocktail and followed by three thoughtfully paired courses. This intimate, ticketed experience brings together exceptional Scotch whiskies, a carefully curated menu, and the warm, timeless atmosphere Clive’s is known for.

The evening will be guided by Emma Coady, National Single Malt Specialist – Canada for Whyte & Mackay.
Emma began her career in hospitality at just 15, working in restaurants throughout St. John’s, Newfoundland, where she developed a deep appreciation for food, drink, and guest experience. She later moved to Kelowna to work at the award-winning Mission Hill Family Estate, which led to a career in wine and spirits sales and the completion of her WSET Level 2 and 3 in Wine, along with WSET Level 2 in Spirits.
A pivotal trip to Scotland in 2022, visiting Whyte & Mackay’s distilleries, sparked her passion for whisky and solidified her path in the category. By 2023, Emma became the National Single Malt Specialist for Whyte & Mackay in Canada, representing renowned Scotch brands including Jura, Fettercairn, and Tamnavulin. Throughout the evening, Emma will share insights into each whisky’s heritage, production, and flavour profile, bringing the story behind each pour to life.
