At the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites, we are closely monitoring the provincial health orders, and will be following all of the updated requirements as they take effect. These include:
*Masks are mandatory in all public indoor spaces.
Proof of full vaccination (two doses) is required along with photo ID in restaurants and bars . This requirement is currently in place until Jan 31, 2022 and could be extended. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/vaccinecard.html
Be assured that your guestroom, as well as all public areas, have received the additional cleaning and sanitization processes they deserve, with emphasis on all guest touch points and surfaces.
Returning guests will notice a few changes to our operation;
We are happy to announce the return of daily housekeeping stay over service in rooms. If you do not wish anyone in your room you should advise the front desk to restrict access to your room.
The dishware in your cabinet has been cleaned and sanitized for you. Please only open the doors if you intend to use them. Once you open the cabinet, please leave the note on the counter to alert us that the items require sanitation for the next guests
