April 12, 2022
At the Chateau Victoria, the comfort and safety of our guests and our team is our top priority.
- As of March 11, 2022, mask use is no longer mandatory in common areas, and is a personal choice.
- As of April 8, 2022, proof of full vaccination (two doses) is no longer required in Vista 18 Restaurant & Lounge, or Clive’s Classic Lounge. Please follow the links to VISTA 18 Restaurant + Lounge and CLIVE’S Classic Lounge to view up to date hours of operation and menus.
- Parking: Please be ready for congestion in parking areas throughout the downtown including the hotel’s parking garage. We recommend you try find parking on arrival as the entrance can often be congested during check-in times. As more conferences and bus tours start arriving, this challenge will diminish but for this year it should be expected.
- Please be assured that your guestroom as well as all common areas have received the additional cleaning attention they deserve, with emphasis on all guest touch points and surfaces.
Note that we are currently not offering daily stay over housekeeping service in rooms for stays under 5 nights. If you do have a need for anything during your stay, please reach out to our front desk team and we will be happy to assist you.
