Chef de Cuisine, Mike Dunlop: The Iceman

After three grueling days—ice carving is physically demanding—our Chef de Cuisine, Mike Dunlop, has completed another stunning sculpture for this year’s Ice on Whyte Festival in Edmonton. Competing with international talent, Mike’s team carved a familiar Christmas vignette titled Cindy Lou Who?
